Hailing from Brazil, Carolina boasts more than 12 years of expertise in the short-term rental industry. She has overseen some of Sydney's most exquisite and top-performing properties, gaining insights into what guests desire from a luxurious stay.

As a passionate traveler, Carolina infuses her global experiences and design sensibilities into each property. Her profound grasp of what genuinely makes guests feel at home is the hallmark that distinguishes Lovelock Stays.

James Lovelock

Hailing from the UK, James embarked on his real estate journey immediately after finishing school, and that enthusiasm has endured ever since.

In 2023, James embarked on a 19-month sabbatical to explore the globe. During his travels, he experienced a myriad of accommodations, from charming boutique hotels to warm family guest houses, and discovered that it was the quality of these experiences (both positive and negative) that made the most lasting impact. Motivated by this revelation, he returned to Sydney with a clear goal: to establish a premium accommodation service dedicated to comfort, exceptional service.
